Thank you from all at CALL to The Wixamtree Trust

The staff, trustees and volunteers at Citizens Advice Leighton-Linslade (CALL) would like to thank The Wixamtree Trust for the award of a £6,000 grant which will help us to fund our money advice service, providing support to vulnerable individuals with their debt problems.

Citizens Advice Leighton-Linslade supports over 3,500 local individuals each year with free, independent, confidential and impartial advice, on issues such as benefits, housing and debt. For many, the advice our volunteers give is a lifeline.

As a local charity, we rely on donations from individuals and grant support from organisations such as The Wixamtree Trust. We receive no money from national Government for our local advice service. We are extremely grateful for the support that we receive from both Central Bedfordshire Council and Leighton-Linslade Town Council, however this does not cover our running costs.
