Accessibility at our office

We are committed to making our services welcoming and accessible to everyone.

Our facilities are wheelchair accessible, with step-free entry and accessible restrooms available on site. A hearing loop system is in place to support individuals who use hearing aids, ensuring clear communication during events and meetings.

To support our diverse community, we also offer translation services, including British Sign Language (BSL) interpretation upon request. If you require any specific assistance or adjustments, please let us know in advance—we’re here to help make your experience as smooth and inclusive as possible.

Our advisers

Our advisers use the latest information to ensure you receive the most accurate and up-to-date advice. They will explore your options, assess potential outcomes, and support you in making informed decisions—without telling you what to do. However, they are here to help you take action by making phone calls on your behalf, writing letters, or assisting with forms.
